Inderdaad worden de luidsprekers in een stevig frame en dito back box gemonteerd. Dus relatief onafhankelijk van de gebruikte wand.
Aha. Dus er is wel een kast maar die zit in de muur. Hoe diep ongeveer??
Dat verschilt per type speaker. Er zijn modellen met een inbouwdiepte van 7cm, maar ook met 15cm of meer.
Dergelijke “in walls” maken me nieuwsgierig. Het eindresultaat is dan toch enorm afhankelijk van de muur waarin deze ingebouwd wordt?
Een speaker van 10K in een gipsen wandje plaatsen kan er fraai uit zien, maar dat zal de klank (kast) niet ten goede komen.
Wat voor advies geeft Kef (en B&W etc) daarover???
Het is niet mijn expertise eerlijk gezegd. Maar wat ik zie is dat alle degelijke oplossingen een zeer stevig frame hebben. En een back box. Een stenen muur zal wel beter zijn gok ik.
