Sinds enige tijd heeft Audirvana twee abonnements vormen. Eentje voor afspelen en eentje voor afspelen met streaming. De laatste is een abonnement per maand/jaar. Dat vind ik wel een beetje te veel van het goede: betalen voor Tidal Hifi prima, maar daar ook nog eens voor Tidal Audirvana ? In veel streaming concepten zit Tidal, Qubuz en Spotify al in de mogelijkheden. Waarom geen abonnement zoals bij Origin maar dan met streaming ?
Kleine correctie: er is een abonnementsvorm als je Audirvana wilt gebruiken met Tidal en/of Qobuz. Als je alleen lokale files wilt afspelen, dan is er Origin, waar je geen abonnement voor betaalt maar een eenmalig licentiebedrag. Voor Roon en Volumio geldt ook dat je een abonnementsbedrag betaalt. (*) Bij Volumio alleen als je de software zelf installeert, niet als je een streamer van het merk Volumio aanschaft.
