Ik schrik best wel van de prijzen in combinatie met de beoordeling. Je mag van een kabel van ruim 1,5k toch wel zeer enthousiaste reacties verwachten. Ik speel zelf met inakustic 240 xl micro air die toch wel aanzienlijk onder het prijs niveau van de blue heaven zitten. Ben wel benieuwd hoe dat zich dan verhoudt? Ik werd zelf erg blij van de inakustik, gaf heel veel dynamiek, vloei en ruimte ten opzichte van de instap Van der Huls
Kabels worden beoordeeld binnen hun klasse. Dus het enthousiasme is gelinkt aan de prijs. Ik lees enthousiasme, behalve voor de White lightning…?
Over smaak valt uiteraard niet te twisten, maar ik schat zo in dat veel mensen deze kabels kwalificeren als lelijk. In het bijzonder de Purple Flare kan een mooi samengestelde set-up visueel in één klap onderuit halen. Luidsprekerkabels zijn doorgaans het meest zichtbaar door hun lengte en meestal open ruimte tussen componenten en luidsprekers.
Maak die kabels gewoon allemaal zwart. Het kleine kleuraccentje op het zwarte onderdeeltje is toch voldoende om te weten wat je in je handen hebt.
