It’s not the first speaker you think of when you’re looking for something in the class around 4000 euros per pair. However: Technics has a history with speakers. And the designs are therefore well thought out and the build quality is definitely top notch.
Technics is simply not the first brand we think of when we think of speakers. But that they have the knowledge to make a decent floorstander, the SB-G90 has proven. This floorstander measures up incredibly well in terms of distortion. And it sounds good. Watch out for the top-end, though. It can roll off a bit quickly. Otherwise a capable opponent in this class!
