Furutech has released several newcomers. They had their premiere at the past High End Munich, but that shouldn’t spoil the fun.
Dutch Importer-distributor Mafico still has news to report from the last High End. Although by now over, there still appears to have been enough “exciting stuff” presented that they think you should know about. For example, several new products from Furutech, such as the NCF Power Vault socket, the Project V1-L XLR and RCA interconnects, the NCF Clear Line USB and NCF Clear Line LAN line optimizers and GT2 NCF USB-B USB cables.
NCF Power Vault-E
‘The NCF Power Vault-E (pictured at top) is the absolute best in power strips for the ultimate audio experience. The NCF Connector Shell with its multi-material hybrid is central to eliminating static electricity and the piezoelectric damping properties of the nano-sized ceramic and carbon particles in the material. Both the silver-plated Alpha OCC conductors and polyethylene insulation provide ideal signal transport. Project V1-L

Cable construction and features
The importer-distributor lists – in his own words – the construction and properties of the cable:
- Layered outer jacket consisting of high-quality insulation and a vibration-damping layer. Triple shielding and a double-layer jacket prevents interference for the highest possible quality audio transmission and minimal signal degradation.
- Project V1-L uses special connectors with damping rings made of anti-static and anti-resonant NCF material combined with high-quality nylon insulation. The plugs are made of non-magnetic pure Alpha copper with rhodium coating in an NCF housing.
- The damping rings have a 4-layer hybrid NCF carbon construction with a special clear hardened coating.
- NCF Clear Line USB & Clear Line LAN
Furutech further introduces the NCF Clear Line USB & Clear Line LAN with Furutech’s Nano Crystal2 Formula (NCF).
