The new, affordably priced Kanto Obi3 Bluetooth turntable proves that a good record player doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
Don’t worry — Bluetooth isn’t its only feature. It’s simply a handy option that lets you listen wirelessly through Bluetooth headphones or speakers. The built-in phono preamp allows you to connect the Obi3 — which also happens to be the first-ever turntable from this Canadian brand — to virtually any amplifier or pair of active speakers.
The Obi3 uses belt drive and supports the familiar 33⅓ and 45 RPM speeds, meaning it can handle nearly any vinyl record in your collection. It also comes fitted with an Audio-Technica 3600L cartridge, pre-installed and ready to play straight out of the box.
The Kanto Obi3 will be available starting November 2025 in black, white, or green, priced at $199. Keep an eye on the manufacturer’s website for more details as they’re released.
