As expected, Grimm Audio will be exhibiting at High End Vienna, which takes place from Thursday through Sunday this week.
The Dutch manufacturer is inviting visitors to stop by its stand and large listening room, M01 in Hall X4. According to Grimm Audio: “We have prepared some great surprises for our audience, so make sure to give us a visit at our booth & large sound cabin M01 in Hall X4.”
The company’s main introduction at the show is the new PA1 monoblock power amplifier. Grimm Audio recently launched a dedicated webpage for the amplifier, complete with extensive background information. According to the manufacturer, the PA1 is a truly exceptional design, while most importantly retaining the unmistakable Grimm Audio sound signature. As the company puts it, its engineers managed “to blend authority with grace”.
Grimm Audio continues: “The PA1 can drive very complex loads and has fabulous bass control. At the same time it sounds delicate and smooth in the mids and highs, with a naturalness often only experienced with the best tube based designs.”
The company also paid considerable attention to the industrial design of the amplifier. “As always, we wanted the looks of the product to match the sound quality level. In our opinion industrial designer Michiel Uylings really surpassed himself with his PA1 design…”
In addition to the new PA1, visitors will also be able to experience the company’s Grimm Audio MU2 as the source component in the demonstration system, along with several other highlights on display in Room M01, Hall X4.
