

Portuguese acoustic treatment manufacturer Artnovion Acoustics has been affected by a major fire that destroyed part of a large storage complex.
On 23 July, a major warehouse facility in the Portuguese town of Sobroso was devastated by fire. One of the companies using storage space at the site was Artnovion Acoustics.
According to the local fire service, the blaze spread rapidly due to the large quantities of highly flammable materials stored within the complex. Numerous businesses occupied the facility, part of which was completely destroyed. No injuries were reported, but the material damage is extensive. Among the affected companies is fellow Portuguese manufacturer Artnovion Acoustics.
At the time of writing, the company’s website contains no statement regarding the fire or any potential impact on product availability or delivery times.
