Sony has a loyal following of fans who greatly appreciate the picture quality of its TVs and projectors. But in March of this year, there was bad news for the latter category: Sony had to stop delivering projectors to the European Union. The reason? Vague regulations surrounding imports and other political red tape.
Thankfully, that ordeal is now over: Sony projectors are once again available throughout Europe.
In short: good news for fans of the Japanese brand—and especially their projectors. And if anything, this whole episode once again illustrates that government interference in trade matters isn’t always for the best…
