Optoma has announced its brand-new UHZ58LV laser projector, designed to turn any room into a home cinema.
According to distributor KlankBart, the new Optoma UHZ58LV laser projector was created to deliver breathtaking imagery, vibrant color accuracy, and exceptional reliability. “With a brightness of 3,000 lumens and 95% DCI-P3 color coverage, the UHZ58LV produces ultra-vivid, lifelike images with stunning clarity. At the heart of its performance lies an advanced dual-laser light source, which not only maintains consistent brightness for up to 30,000 hours but also significantly enhances color depth and accuracy. By utilizing two laser diodes, the UHZ58LV achieves a wider color gamut and more precise color rendering, highlighting subtle tonal variations and creating a richer, more immersive visual experience.”
Thanks to PureEngine™ Ultra, Optoma says the UHZ58LV “dynamically refines contrast, sharpness, and motion for superior realism. With HDR10+ support, viewers can enjoy deeper blacks, brighter highlights, and cinematic contrast — exactly as the director intended.”
Filmmaker Mode
The company continues: “For both purists and professionals, the UHZ58LV features a Filmmaker Mode that preserves the original frame rate, aspect ratio, and color settings to display content precisely as its creators envisioned. Additionally, the ISF Day and Night modes enable professional calibration, ensuring optimal picture quality in any lighting environment — whether you’re watching a documentary at noon or a thriller at midnight.”
