Good news for Americans who appreciate European top-tier design: Loewe’s premium OLED models are coming to the United States.
Loewe’s flagship OLED TVs (such as the one shown in the screenshot above) are hand-built in Kronach, Germany. According to the manufacturer, they will be available in the US from January next year. At the time of writing, it is not yet clear whether additional products will follow. That would not be surprising, however, given that the German brand offers a much broader portfolio, including more affordable “regular” LCD TVs, speakers, soundbars, subwoofers and, more recently, headphones.
Prospective buyers on the other side of the Atlantic should keep in mind that Loewe has long positioned itself firmly in the high-end segment, with a strong focus on quality. This is also reflected in the price range of its OLED televisions: prices running into the tens of thousands of euros or dollars are by no means unusual.
On top of that, there are the unpredictable Trump-era import tariffs to consider. Still, the target audience in the US is likely one that does not worry too much about money. Finally, there are very few—if any—American manufacturers producing truly high-end, premium-quality televisions.
