Always nice, such a prestigious EISA Award. Silverback won one for best wall speaker with the 1. According to the manufacturer, the 1 proves that “spectacular sound full of bass” does not always require a large floorstanding speaker. The 1 is a speaker the size of an A4 sheet of paper (but a bit thicker…). The two-way system includes a woven silk-dome tweeter and a 133 mm mid-low driver. This smallest Silverback is specifically designed for smaller living rooms or spaces where discreet style is desired, so the manufacturer informs.
Furthermore, the System Audio Silverback 1 is an active speaker, including a DSP that should guarantee sound enhancement. Also, the 1 is compatible with System Audio’s WiSA-capable and wireless Stereo Hub. Ideal for clutter-free music listening, or to provide your TV’s sound with a big boost.
