Yade Lauren is the big winner of the NPO FunX Music Awards with three awards. In addition, Tim Hofman received the FunX Power Award for social impact.
Yade Lauren is the big winner of the Dutch NPO FunX Music Awards with three awards. $hirak, Cristian D and Trobi each went home with two awards. There were also awards for Josylvio (Artist Of The Year – Male) and Broederliefde (Best Group) among others.

During the awards show the following winners were announced:
- Artist Of The Year – Male: Josylvio
- Artist Of The Year – Female: Yade Lauren
- Best Group: Broederliefde
- Best Video: Cristian D Ft. $hirak, Brysa & Ashafar – Amsterdam
- Best Album: Trobi – Trobi On The Beat
- Best Collabo: Trobi Ft. Mula B & LouiVos – Einstein
- Best Song: Yade Lauren – In the Night
- Best MC: Lijpe
- Best DJ: Wef
- Best Producer: $hirak
- Next Best: Cristian D
- Best Singer: Yade Lauren
The FunX Power Award was also presented for the third time this year, Tim Hofman was honored one of the 2022-edition. With his series BOOS he exposed the abuse of power, sexual transgression and sexual abuse at The Voice Holland and thus sparked the conversation about sexual transgression. The FunX Power Award is presented annually to someone who has made an important social contribution to the FunX target group.
About FunX Music Awards
The FunX Music Awards are the most important music awards of young Dutch. They were presented for the ninth time from a packed AFAS Live in Amsterdam. The show could be heard on FunX, seen on FunX.nl and followed on the FunX social channels. There were performances by Broederliefde, Cor, Josylvio and Sigourney K. The winners are determined by the audience of NPO FunX. For three weeks they could vote for their favorite artists on FunX.nl. During the awards show, awards were handed out in various categories including: Artist Of The Year, Best Song and Next Best. In addition to the twelve music awards, FunX also presented the FunX Power Award to someone who has made an important social contribution to the FunX target audience.
