The small Pure Evoke Spot is a compact radio with FM and DAB+ tuner on board, but it offers web radio and streaming too.
The Pure Evoke Spot lets you go either way. Listen to radio the classic way via FM or DAB+, or choose one of the many, many Internet stations to listen to. If you have a Spotify account, listening via Spotify Connect is also possible. Last but not least, the Spot can be used as a Bluetooth speaker too. A 20-watt amplifier drives a 3-inch wideband speaker in. In principle, that should be good enough for room filling sound from this device.
Play
If you want just a little more, there is the slightly larger Pure Evoke Play (pictured above). This device offers the same features, but plays in stereo. Also, this time the sound is delivered by a 3.5-inch midrange driver, assisted by two 20mm soft-dome tweeters. Via the app Undok, both devices can be controlled via smartphone or tablet if desired.
Special Edition with cherry wood
