We connect the Audiolab D7 balanced to our Moon with a set of Sommer Epilogue XLR cables. Using a Van den Hul Optocoupler optical cable to the streamer and an Audioquest Forest coaxial cable connects the CD transport. The ‘linear slow’ filter is our preference but the differences are minimal, especially on the Elac monitor. On the Hifiman headphones, we hear differences more easily but just pick one you like don’t look back.
