A restyle always brings improvements and a few problems. Fortunately, feedback on the new website has been mostly positive and the few things that still don’t run smoothly have been practically fixed. Like the duplicate newsletters.
We’d like to walk you through a few things. First, the settings for your newsletters. You will find these — after logging in — under the menu item Account –> Account –> My Newsletters.
On this page it is important to indicate your language. You can also uncheck newsletters if you wish. Basically, you only get the newsletter in the specified language. So it doesn’t matter (anymore) if you checked both.
Notifications
Next, it is possible to manage all notifications via: Account –> Account –> My Profile. You will now enter your personal profile page. If you click on your picture on the right, you will get a menu. Click on Account to manage your settings. On the left side of your screen you will see “Notifications”. Click on it to finetune all your notifications.
Groups and forums
Alpha Audio is all about community. We enjoy exchanging ideas and experiences with you.
The restyle has brought some change in terms of the Forum. We have now divided forums under groups. The reason is that we want to keep it clear what segment you are working in. That way people can find what they are looking for more quickly.
Also, the groups allow for faster sharing of general stuff, on the front page. This works similar to Facebook. You can quickly share photos, videos and other media.
Looking for more details or depth in the topics? Then, in the Group, you can click through to the forum. There you will see all Topics and posts.
