Wilson Audio presents the TuneTot tripod

Wilson Audio has released a tripod for the compact TuneTot, which fits seamlessly with this speaker. It lifts the monitors stylishly off the ground!

You happen to have Wilson Audio’s most compact speaker – the TunTot? Then it’s good to know that there is now a sturdy tripod. The basis is formed by a column of ‘X-Material’, a proprietary composite material from the manufacturer. It is – according to Wilson Audio – very inert and solid, which leads to special damping characteristics and stiffness. The column is painted according to the WilsonGloss process and you can choose from a whole range of colours.

Optional ISOBase

The top plate is – as we read – manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium (actually an alloy). It fits exactly with bolts at the bottom of the Wilson Audio TunTot’s mount. There is also the optional ISOBase (available in black or clear anodized). This is made of the same aluminum alloy as the top plate and should provide even more resonance reduction. And if you want to make it complete, you can also put the base plate on spikes. The TuneTot tripod costs $2400 each, price no matter what color you choose. The ISOBase costs $2400 per pair and for the apparently also needed TuneTot Ring you pay $649 per pair.
