Vincent DAC-700, with tube or FET as desired

The new all-new Vincent DAC-700 is the successor to the DAC-7. Choose between an output stage with tubes or FETs.

The beating heart of the new Vincent DAC-700 is formed by the 32-bit ESS ES9038Q2M. Via USB, it can deliver a maximum quality of up to 384 kHz / 32 bit. DSD is also supported, up to DSD512 to be exact. Furthermore, coaxial and optical inputs plus AES3 are provided; the maximum quality achievable via these is 192 kHz / 24 bit and DSD up to DSD64. As for outputs, symmetrical XLR connections and asymmetrical cinch are available. Internally, the signal is handled completely symmetrically, including channel-separated filter and buffer circuits. Added to that, there are separate power supplies for the analog and digital circuits.

Finally, consumers can choose from a version with two 12AU7 tubes in the output stage or a variant with FETs.

The Vincent DAC-700 costs €2299.
