Just happen to have some money to spare ánd time for a vacation in April? Then you can combine the useful with the pleasant at the upcoming American Axpona.
This year the Axpona – or Audio Expo North America – will be held from April 12 to 14. In fact, the concept is similar to something like the Munich High End in Europe. In other words: lots of manufacturers with their products, lectures, presentations, live music and more. That live music, by the way, is one of the highlights of the show, with many concerts in the evening hours. The show will be held at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center, 1551 N Thoreau Dr, Schaumburg, IL, 60173. As the name probably suggests, this involves a hotel; the show spread over more than 200 listening rooms. There is also the expo hall with a record fair and an Ear Gear Experience. So plenty to do for anyone who lives nearby, or is willing to travel there.
