The new Triangle BOREA BR10 is the top model in this series of speakers, where the 8-inch large drivers should provide solid low-end reproduction.
Unlike the rest of the BOREA series, the Triangle BOREA BR10 features 8-inch drivers. According to the manufacturer, these extend the low-end reproduction further down. There is also the 25-inch tweeter with waveguide (EFS technology to be precise). In addition to the two bass drivers, there is the midrange driver, where the cone is made of cellulose pulp. The tweeter and midrange are unchanged from other BOREA models.
HiFi and home theater
According to the manufacturer, the Triangle BOREA BR10 is perfectly suited for both hi-fi and home theater. And this is partly due to the reproduction of a wide sound spectrum. The speakers can be driven with a power of up to 200 watts RMS, with a high sensitivity of 92 dB. The speakers are intended for rooms larger than 30 square meters.
Despite all the nice specs, the price of the Triangle BOREA BR 10 is not too bad: €1500 per pair.
