The new Cambridge Audio CXA81 Mk II is set up as a class AB amplifier and features numerous extras.
The class AB power amplifier stage in the Cambridge Audio CXA81 Mk II integrated amplifier provides a power output of up to 80 watts per channel. This is partly due to a heavy duty toroidal transformer in the sturdy power supply. In terms of connection options, you have a choice between symmetrical and asymmetrical inputs. Wireless connection to sources is no problem either, as you have Bluetooth with aptX HD support at your disposal. Furthermore, there is an integrated high-end DAC.
The CXA81 MkII will be available from next month, for example through the manufacturer’s online store. You will pay €1199 for it.
