Crosley has unveiled its new flagship turntable — meet the Crosley C65 system. The brand also introduces the Miles model!
The Crosley C65 (pictured above) is a belt-driven turntable with built-in speakers that blends retro design with modern audio technology. Priced at £289, the C65 is a complete music system designed for both music lovers and style-conscious users, according to the manufacturer.
Thanks to the included bookshelf speakers, you can start listening right away. The built-in amplifier module delivers up to 50 watts of power. The C65 also comes fitted with a pre-mounted Audio-Technica ATN3600L moving magnet cartridge, which can be upgraded later — allowing the system to grow with your needs.
Switchable amplifier
With a switchable amp, the C65 can easily be integrated into an existing or future hi-fi setup or connected to powered/active speakers. According to Crosley, this makes the system an ideal upgrade path for those moving on from all-in-one record players.
Want to stream music from a more “modern” source? No problem. The C65 features Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless streaming from your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices — straight to the included speakers.
Equipped with a full-size steel platter, an aluminum tonearm with cue lever, adjustable pitch control, a belt-driven DC motor, and resonance-dampening feet, the Crosley C65 is a solid plug-and-play vinyl solution according to the brand.
It supports both 33⅓ and 45 RPM records and includes a 45 RPM adapter, slip mat, dust cover, cartridge alignment tool, and a spare NP5 stylus.
