Monitor Audio has unveiled exclusive Limited Edition versions of the Silver Series 300 7G and Silver Series 100 7G loudspeakers, finished in Carbon Black Metallic.
Monitor Audio announced the launch of the Silver Series 300 7G Limited Edition floorstanding loudspeaker and the Silver Series 100 7G Limited Edition bookshelf speaker. According to the manufacturer, these exclusive models represent “a new pinnacle of craftsmanship and performance.” Each unit comes in a striking new Carbon Black Metallic finish and is individually numbered to underline its rarity.
Based on the highly acclaimed Silver Series 7G platform, the limited editions feature Monitor Audio’s proprietary C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium) drivers, now anodised in a distinctive black finish. “They guarantee unmatched clarity and precision. The RST II (Rigid Surface Technology II) bass and mid drivers increase rigidity while reducing distortion, resulting in deeper and more controlled bass reproduction,” Monitor Audio said in the announcement.
C-CAM dome tweeter
A key highlight of the limited editions is the dark-grey anodised C-CAM dome tweeter, a refinement designed to provide even greater detail and smoother high-frequency performance. Combined with a carefully engineered crossover and cabinet design, the Silver Series 300 7G and Silver Series 100 7G, according to the manufacturer, achieve a perfect balance of dynamics, accuracy, and musicality.
