Advance Paris is celebrating — its (almost) 30th anniversary, to be exact — with the launch of the APEX 30th Edition!
“In 2026, Advance Paris will mark its 30th anniversary – a milestone that not only celebrates its current success but also honors a rich history of innovation and craftsmanship. Since its founding, the brand has evolved into a globally recognized name in the audio industry, with an impressive portfolio of hybrid amplifiers admired for their musical finesse, technical sophistication, and distinctive design. In recent years, international growth has been the central focus, with the Classic series playing a key role in strengthening the brand’s identity,” summarizes Dutch importer and distributor Servi-Q, looking back at three decades of French audio excellence.
Anniversary Series
Building on this strong foundation, Advance Paris unveiled four exclusive anniversary models under the name “APEX 30th Edition” during the recent Paris Audio Video Show (October 25–27). Three of these are, according to the manufacturer, “carefully refined versions of existing Classic models, preserving their essence while elevating their technology and finish to a higher level.” The fourth model — the A8 APEX — is a completely new design that embodies the company’s forward-looking vision of hybrid amplification.
What’s New
The APEX models feature a newly developed DAC board equipped with upgraded DAC chips and advanced voltage regulators. The internal layout uses premium passive components, ensuring optimal performance. HDMI eARC functionality enables seamless integration with modern AV setups, while compatibility with new accessories such as the A-BTC bi-directional Bluetooth dongle and the A-RTR desktop remote enhances user convenience. The volume control and input selection have been completely redesigned for improved precision and stability. Aesthetic updates include subtle visual refinements and elegant white illumination, giving the series a modern yet timeless look.
According to Servi-Q, the Advance Paris APEX 30th Edition lineup is “not a break from the past, but a refined continuation of it — a tribute to what made Advance Paris great, and a promise of what’s still to come.”
