The new French Triangle Borea BR05 is a relatively compact loudspeaker, essentially a slightly oversized bookshelf model.
We reckon the Triangle Borea BR05 should be able to find a place in just about any room. At least, that’s the impression we get from its modest dimensions. According to the manufacturer, the mid/bass driver was developed specifically for this loudspeaker, with its cellulose cone designed, among other things, to ensure clear vocal reproduction.
Meanwhile, two bass reflex ports provide additional support for the lower frequencies. High frequencies are handled by Triangle’s proprietary EFS (Efficient Flow System) tweeter, which, together with a phase plug, is intended to ensure even sound dispersion.
Matching, equally compact stands are available as an option. One advantage is that they position the speakers at a slight angle straight away. Alternatively, you can opt for the also newly introduced Triangle S03 stand, which is a perfect fit for these loudspeakers.
The Triangle Borea BR05 costs €749 per pair, with a choice of five finishes: Black, Chestnut, Frosted White, Light Oak and Green.
