Teufel has released the new REAL BLUE PRO headphones, featuring adjustable ANC and a battery life of 40+ hours.
Teufel states that their new REAL BLUE PRO offers “extremely powerful sound, a battery life of over 40 hours, three adjustable levels of noise cancellation, and a transparency mode. 44 mm
44mm drivers power the REAL BLUE PRO, “ensuring balanced sound with detailed reproduction of high frequencies and a dry bass”, according to Teufel. Users can customize the sound to their preference using the free Teufel Headphones app, which offers various pre-defined settings for music genres and calls, as well as the ability to save personalized sound profiles.
Dynamore
Teufel’s in-house developed Dynamore technology, previously utilized in compact speaker systems, is now incorporated into the headphones. Dynamore Headphones expands the stereo panorama in an audible way, creating a sound that resembles that of a real speaker. The Dynamore technology can be enabled or disabled through the Teufel Headphones app.
Hearing test built-in
For further sound personalization, users can perform a hearing test directly in the Teufel Headphones app using Mimi Hearing technology. This technology assesses the hearing performance for each ear and creates a personalized profile based on the measured values, significantly enhancing the sound experience.
ANC
The active digital noise cancellation (ANC) of the REAL BLUE PRO has three levels. At the highest level, this feature effectively blocks out ambient noise, including office keyboard typing and loud coffee grinders, as well as the monotonous turbine sound on airplanes. Users who prefer to remain aware of their surroundings can activate the transparency mode, which amplifies ambient sounds, making it feel as though you’re not wearing headphones, so the manufacturer promises. Over 44 hours
With a fully charged battery, active noise cancellation, and average volume, the REAL BLUE PRO lasts over 44 hours. When the ANC function is not in use, the battery life extends to over 56 hours. The headphones also feature fast charging, where just fifteen minutes of charging provides seven hours of playtime. Teufel provides a sturdy transport case for safe carrying, and the headphones can be easily stored thanks to their swivel and fold mechanism. The luxurious and soft memory foam ear cushions offer optimal comfort. They become soft with body heat, adapting to the wearer’s shape after a short period of use. The ear cushions are replaceable.
Buttons or touch
The REAL BLUE PRO can be operated using buttons or touch-sensitive ear cups. When the right ear cup is touched with the right hand, the thumb naturally lands on a joystick. This joystick allows for volume control and playback functions (play/pause/previous or next track). Below the joystick is the ANC button, conveniently operated by the thumb to toggle between the three levels of noise cancellation and the transparency mode. Users can quickly access their favorite settings by excluding certain modes in the app. For example, if you only switch between the transparency mode and ANC level 3, you can skip the steps for ANC levels 1 and 2 directly.
The outer surface of the large ear cups can recognize instructions with fingertip gestures. Various functions for audio playback and telephony can be activated with two or three taps on the ear cups. This allows users to play and pause music, skip to the previous or next track, answer, end, or ignore calls, and control the Dynamore settings and transparency mode.
