France’s Focal is launching two new headphones at the High End Munich: the Hadenys and Azurys over-ears.
The major difference between the new Focal Hadenys and Azurys is, that the former are open headphones and the latter are closed. Both share the same 40 mm drivers made of aluminum and magnesium. The Hadenys is intended for home use and features the brand-typical honeycomb grilles. The brown finish is striking, something you just have to love, of course. The Azurys, on the other hand, is significantly more cheerful in color: azure blue. According to Focal, these closed headphones are intended for audiophiles and anyone who simply wants to enjoy a good sound quality
Both headphones will experience their premiere at the Munich High End and both will be available from June this year. You will pay €699 for the Hadenys and €549 for the Azurys.
