The new Teufel ROCKSTER NEO is a Bluetooth party speaker built to bring serious sound to any celebration.
According to the Berlin-based company, the ROCKSTER NEO can reach a maximum volume of 130 decibels, making it capable of igniting any party. Its swappable battery also ensures it’s ready for action anywhere, anytime. The ROCKSTER NEO isn’t just loud—it’s also tough. Rubberized edges protect it during transport, and IP44 splash resistance means even heavy rain won’t stop the music. In addition to Bluetooth, the speaker features two analog inputs, and users can mix audio from all three sources as desired.
The Loudest in Its Class
“No Teufel speaker has ever delivered such earth-shattering volume,” claims the manufacturer. “At 130 decibels, the ROCKSTER NEO breaks all internal records. To ensure this power comes with outstanding sound, Teufel employs an XXL coaxial system with a compression driver positioned directly in front of a large 300 mm woofer.”
Music can be streamed wirelessly via Bluetooth. The XLR/6.3 mm combo jack supports two audio sources, and their input levels can be fine-tuned using the gain control on the back. The analog inputs support external audio sources, instruments, or microphones—ideal for karaoke or spontaneous mini-concerts.
Built to Last and Built to Travel
The ROCKSTER NEO is IP44-certified for protection against dust and splashes, meaning it can survive a downpour. Its rugged housing is reinforced with rubber bumpers, and despite its 17 kg weight, the large carrying handles make it easy for one or two people to transport.
Battery Life and Controls
The ROCKSTER NEO can run for up to 36 hours at average volume levels, powered by a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. The battery is user-replaceable, allowing for virtually uninterrupted party time. You can also charge your smartphone or tablet via the speaker’s USB-C port.
Basic functions are controlled via buttons on the front panel, including power on/off, battery level indicators, Bluetooth pairing, volume control, play/pause, sound mode, and the Party Link function. In addition to a standard indoor mode, there’s an outdoor mode that optimizes sound for open-air environments. An eco mode conserves battery life by reducing bass and volume output. With the Party Link function, two ROCKSTER NEO speakers can be wirelessly paired for stereo sound. Alternatively, up to 100 ROCKSTER NEOs and other compatible Teufel speakers can be connected, including via XLR cable.
Pricing and Availability
The ROCKSTER NEO is available now for €899.99 via the Teufel website. The ROCKSTER NEO stereo set, including a 10-meter XLR cable, is priced at €1,799.99.
