Intro

A while ago, I had a long train journey ahead in a crowded train. Just before boarding, I discovered that I hadn’t brought my in-ear headphones, and I needed them because I had an online appointment coming up. I quickly bought a set of in-ear headphones in a shop at the station (I won’t name names). The cheapest ones were £30. Oh well, what the heck.
The quality was downright poor; for the price, it was a huge waste of money. 30 euros spent for nothing. Kiwi Ears now offers the Belle IEMs. Price: 30 euros. Want to hear for yourself?

Kiwi Ears Belle with options

Kiwi Ears offers the Belle in different versions. The test model is equipped with a 3.5 mm stereo mini jack. You can also opt for a version with an inline microphone and, interestingly, a USB-C connection. This plug also contains a DAC/amplifier. The additional cost is £4. That’s a really competitive price!

The Belle IEMs are small and light: each unit weighs 3.18 grams. Compared to other IEMs, Belle is small and refined. It fits completely in the ear, making it easy to position correctly. It is really worth taking the time to find well-fitting eartips. Some sound thin and shrill, others produce too much bass or feel constricted.
