Version 2.0 of Roon has been released; such a ‘.0’ version is always a nice and interesting milestone. For both creators and customers.
Roon is the music playback and management system aimed at the true music lover. It offers a range of possibilities. With the introduction of version 2.0, even more new features have been added. New are album reviews and artist bios, including Wikipedia articles in several languages. The latter option makes it possible, for example, to read information about local bands in one’s own language, written also by equally local authors. Once you have installed the new Roon 2.0 update, you can fine-tune the new options by going to Editiorial Sources via Settings, General. Here you can select desired sources (and deselect unwanted ones…).
