If Munich is just a bridge too far for you, that may not be the case with Dortmund. Where a regional High End will be held in November.
Of course, the Munich High End has a resounding name. There you can expect just about everything in the field of high-end and ‘better hi-fi’ (including headphones). Only: the distance from northwestern European countries is quite large. It usually means a trip of several days, unless you go back and forth in a private jet. But that pleasure is reserved for the happy few. The High End Society – organization of the fair in Munich – also sees that the location is not equally convenient for everyone. And so has started regional editions. The first one – under the name “finest audio show” is scheduled for November 5 and 6 (Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Location: TOP Tagungszentrum Dortmund, Emil-Figge Straße 43 in – yes – Dortmund. Should you not have time then, the region High End in Hannover on November 26 and 27 is also an option. But that’s quite a distance away, of course. Same opening hours as in Dortmund, but in the HCC Hannover Congress Center, Theodor-Heuss-Platz 1-3, Hannover.
