The collaboration between IKEA and Sonos continues to bear fruit; now on the horizon appears a floorstanding Symfonisk.
Ah, why not: a floor-standing speaker and lamp in one. Space-saving and practical at the same time. It is exactly what the upcoming Symfonisk from IKEA is. The lamp-speaker is rumored to be available starting in January, at a price of $260. You can use the newcomer solo, or as part of a multiroom system. The advantage of the standing version is, that the speaker is lifted quite a bit above the floor and emits sound better distributed. The lamp part can be paired with the IKEA Dirigera smart hub and the IKEA Home app, so you can control everything remotely and (or) make it work together with other smart home devices.
