The HiFi Rose RA280 is a – for this brand – quite affordable integrated amplifier, in which you will find a lot of technology from their flagship.
For starters, the HiFi Rose RA280 is a Class AD integrated amplifier, with thought given to a phono input stage as well. Much of the internals are based on the manufacturer’s flagship RA180. However, some concessions have been made, for example, connections for multiple speakers are missing while the aforementioned phono stage supports only MM elements. Also, the amount of buttons on the front panel is slightly less lavish. The Class AD amplifier delivers a maximum power of 250 watts in both 4 and 8 Ohm loads. SiC-FETs are used in the power supply, which should provide high efficiency and lower heat generation.
The HiFi Rose RA280 is available starting this month, at a cost of €3299.
