The Warsaw Audio Video Show is once again approaching, this year taking place a little earlier than in previous years: from October 24 to 26.
Over the past years, the Warsaw Audio Video Show has grown into one of Europe’s key events. As the name suggests, you’ll find everything related to audio and video. High-end enthusiasts in particular will be well catered for. All the major brands are present, as well as many names that may be less familiar outside of Poland. In short: a great opportunity to discover equipment that often gets far less attention elsewhere.
Of course, it’s not just about the “show floor” (actually spread across multiple venues including Warsaw’s National Stadium, the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, and the Golden Tulip in the Polish capital). Visitors can also attend numerous lectures and workshops, explore a large headphone section, and browse an equally large vinyl fair.
Admission is very reasonable; tickets are available online via the linked site. A day ticket costs 62 Polish Zloty (around €14.50), while a three-day pass is 93 Zloty (around €21.90). Public transport is excellent, with all venues connected by direct tram lines. A perfect excuse to combine the show with a city trip!
