Teufel is launching the CINEBAR 22, a compact yet powerful soundbar that, according to the company, can effortlessly fill even larger living spaces: “With high volume levels, wide stereo imaging, and impressive Dolby Atmos surround sound with excellent speech intelligibility, film and series lovers get exactly what they’re looking for.”
“Whether it’s an explosive action scene or pounding rain, the CINEBAR 22 brings blockbuster sound into the living room with impressive impact,” promises the manufacturer. Eight drivers in total, together with the T6 subwoofer, create room-filling 5.1 surround sound from every direction. Two sideways-firing 50 mm full-range drivers use binaural synthesis in combination with room reflections to generate audio that, according to Teufel, appears to come from above and all around. A dedicated centre speaker further enhances speech clarity.
Expansion options
The CINEBAR 22 comes with the wireless T6 subwoofer, which can be positioned either horizontally or vertically for maximum flexibility. With the optional EFFEKT 2 wireless surround speakers, the system can be upgraded to a full 7.1 surround setup.

Thanks to its elegant metal grille, integrated wall mounting, and fully dimmable display, the CINEBAR 22 (available in black or white) can blend seamlessly into virtually any modern living room. Control is straightforward via the touch panel on the soundbar or the included remote control. Alongside modern HDMI 2.1 in/out with 4K pass-through and eARC, the soundbar also features Bluetooth 5.3 with AAC for high-quality wireless playback from smartphones and other devices.
