System Audio has introduced the Legend 7.2 Silverback DS and Stereo Hub HT, a new generation of active wall-mounted speakers designed for modern living.
System Audio has unveiled the new Legend 7.2 Silverback DS, an advanced active wall speaker that, according to the Danish company, has been designed for seamless integration into contemporary homes. At the same time, System Audio is launching the Stereo Hub HT, a comprehensive control center for high-performance wireless music playback and home entertainment.

Legend 7.2 Silverback DS
System Audio is known for its innovative active loudspeakers, digital platform architecture and future-focused approach to hi-fi. According to the Danish company, the Legend 7.2 Silverback DS represents “the latest evolution of the company’s Silverback technology and establishes a new benchmark for wall-mounted speaker systems.”
DS is a new version of the speaker based on technology that is currently being rolled out across the entire Silverback range. DS stands for Digital Stream, System Audio’s digital platform in which software controls all aspects of the loudspeaker’s performance.
Outstanding performance through wall placement
The Legend 7.2 Silverback DS has been specifically designed for wall mounting, using the room itself as an acoustic extension of the speaker. By positioning the speaker close to a wall, bass performance is naturally reinforced, resulting in greater depth, precision and control.
An optimized power response is designed to distribute sound evenly throughout the room, creating a truly room-filling listening experience. According to the manufacturer, “The slim cabinet and integrated wall-mount design allow the speaker to blend effortlessly into the living space, delivering both visual elegance and acoustic precision.”
Active technology with powerful digital control
Each speaker features built-in digital amplifiers and advanced DSP-based signal processing designed to ensure optimal performance under all conditions. The fully active design eliminates the need for external amplifiers while providing precise control over every driver.

The Legend 7.2 Silverback DS is making its debut at High End Vienna in Hall 3X, Stand F09. Availability begins in June 2026.
