Cambridge Audio is adding Qobuz Connect support to both newer and older devices, including the CXN V2.
Qobuz is the European streaming service that continues to gain serious momentum. Its more recent feature, Qobuz Connect, is now finding its way into products from a growing number of respected manufacturers — including Cambridge Audio. What makes this update particularly noteworthy is that it also applies to some of the British brand’s older streaming platforms.
This includes the CXN (V2) mentioned above, as well as the first-generation CXN. The CXR, Azur 851N, StreamMagic 6 V2 and Edge NQ are also receiving the Qobuz update. As a result, owners of these devices can now access a catalog of more than 100 million tracks in high-resolution quality, up to 24-bit / 192 kHz.
The update is available now. Earlier, Qobuz Connect had already been rolled out to the manufacturer’s current-generation products.
