Good news for fans of live recordings and concert performances: Nugs — the streaming service dedicated to this type of content — is now integrated into Roon.
You may never have heard of Nugs, but if you are a passionate fan of live music and concert recordings in both audio and video, the service is certainly worth exploring. It offers access to more than 30,000 live recordings by some of the biggest names in the music world.
There are two subscription tiers available. A standard subscription costs $14.99 per month, while a hi-res version costs $24.99 per month. The latter provides hi-res lossless audio, surround sound and 4K video streams.
The service has now been integrated into the well-known music management and playback platform Roon. For existing Roon users, this means yet another source of music has been added to the ecosystem.
